We are currently recruiting for two experienced Homeless Recovery Workers to join a frontline service supporting individuals experiencing homelessness and multiple disadvantages.
This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support service users through their recovery journey, helping them to achieve sustainable, independent living.
You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred support by:
1. Supporting individuals from initial engagement through to recovery and move-on
2. Providing 1:1 support, group work and psychosocial interventions
3. Promoting harm reduction and improving health oues
4. Supporting access to housing, healthcare, and wider support services
5. Working collaboratively with partner agencies and stakeholders
6. Managing risk, safeguarding concerns and maintaining accurate records
What you'll need to succeed
7. Experience working in homelessness, substance misuse, or a related support setting
8. Strong understanding ofplex needs, including substance use and mental health
9. Ability to manage a caseload and deliver oue-focused support
10. Confident in multi-agency working and partnership collaboration
11. Excellentmunication, organisation and IT skills
12. Ability to work independently and within a team
13. Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service)
14. Right to Work in the UK
15. Oliver McGowan Training (desirable but preferred)
