Support Worker

Heathfield Gardens is a residential care home located in Tibshelf for up to 11 adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.

* 35 hours per week - shifts will include 7am-2pm, 2pm-9pm and waking nights 9pm-7am. Weekend working required on rota basis.

Who you are:
* We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, kind, and caring person to provide active support to our residents here at Heathfield Gardens.
* You will be adventurous, outgoing and willing to participate in the chosen activities of the people we support.
* Every day is different, so we are looking for someone that is filled with enthusiasm, motivation and with a positive outlook.
* You will need to live within 15 miles of Tibshelf due to shift times.
