Job Description

About this job:

Are you passionate about unlocking the power of data to shape brand strategy? We’re looking for a dynamic and visionary leader to support the growth of our brand tracking business across West Europe.

Reporting to the Practice Area Leader, you’ll play a central role in driving client adoption of NielsenIQ’s Brand Tracking solutions. This includes working closely with commercial teams to identify and nurture opportunities, shape compelling proposals, support/lead pitches, and guide clients toward the right solutions for their needs. Your focus will be on delivering high value client opportunities, contributing to revenue growth, and helping position NielsenIQ as a trusted partner in brand measurement. This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives on collaboration, influence, and turning opportunities into results.

Your future responsabilities:

* Drive Revenue Growth
Identify and activate opportunities to grow Brand Tracking adoption, supporting sales teams with strategic input and expertise. This involves developing and executing targeted activation plans to engage clients approaching the end of their current brand tracking contracts - ensuring strong positioning and influence during the RFP and renewal process.
* Strengthen Client Relationships
Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand how our Brand Tracking capabilities can address their business challenges and deliver measurable impact. This includes the preparation of high-quality, high-value responses to RFIs and RFPs and other proposals - helping craft pitches that differentiate NielsenIQ in the market and remain laser-focused on meeting client goals.
* Amplify Product Value
Champion our Brand Tracking solutions across internal teams and with clients: Ensuring stakeholders are equipped to confidently position and promote our offerings and showcasing impact through compelling success stories and thought leadership, including external articles and LinkedIn content. Always staying informed on evolving product capabilities and market challenges to maintain relevance and credibility.

* Enable Team Collaboration
Share knowledge, insights, and best practices across teams to foster alignment, build capability, and support collective success. Help shape and energize team routines and knowledge via bootcamps, workshops, and training sessions that build capability, spark engagement, and drive performance.

Your profile

* 5 years of experience in consulting, analytics, or consumer research roles focused on brand tracking.
* Proven sales success in securing large brand tracking programs, with experience leading high-value pitches, proposals, and RFP responses.
* Deep knowledge of brand and media evaluation, with the ability to apply insights to real-world client challenges.
* Strong business development skills, including the ability to identify client needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
* Demonstrated thought leadership, with a clear point of view on brand growth and media strategy; experience presenting at events or webinars is a plus.
* Familiarity with sales processes and tools; hands-on experience in proposal development is essential.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

What we can offer:

* An international and dynamic work environment
* Mentoring: You can expect intensive support and qualified feedback from one of our mentors during your induction
* Training: A comprehensive training program within our Global Client Delivery Academy and a variety of other training options in our comprehensive learning portal
* Work-life balance: Working time account, flexible working hours and hybrid working
* Further development: Excellent growth and career opportunities at local & international level
* Togetherness: Working together in a dynamic, global environment characterized by team spirit and an appreciative atmosphere
* A high degree of responsibility with the market leader in the industry with one of the largest product portfolios
* A demanding (global) & dynamic customer environment, which you will develop and maintain as a consultant

This is a unique opportunity to develop strategic opportunities to win programmes that deliver deep consumer insights, fuels marketing effectiveness, and enables clients to strengthen their brand equity and performance across diverse markets. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are ready to make a measurable difference, we’d love to hear from you.
