Job Title: 1st Line IT Support Technician
Based: Head Office, St Mellons, Cardiff
Reports to: Business Intelligence Manager

Role Purpose:
Responsible for first line technical support to internal employees ensuring service requests are dealt with in line with Helpdesk objectives and standards.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Products.
* Experience of using ticketing systems and meeting SLAs.
* The ability to manage your workload and prioritise issues.
* Be comfortable answering telephone calls from staff.
