The Role Youll take ownership of all Food & Beverage operations across: Restaurant & Bar Weddings, Conferences & Events Golf outlets This isnt about maintaining standards, its about driving them. Youll lead from the front, build a strong, accountable team, and deliver consistently high-quality service while keeping tight control of costs and performance. -Full Time position 45 hours per week What Youll Be Doing Leading, developing and challenging your team to perform Setting and driving service standards across all outlets Owning rotas, staffing levels, and productivity Managing budgets, forecasts, and departmental performance Working closely with the kitchen to ensure consistency and quality Ensuring full compliance (food safety, H&S, licensing) Acting as Duty Manager within the leadership team What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager (minimum 2 years) Background in a 4* hotel or similar fast-paced environment A strong leader who can build a team and get results High standards and attention to detail Calm under pressure and confident in your decisions Why This Role?
