Job Description
3. Leading and inspiring a small Finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
4. Overseeing management accounts, statutory reporting, and audit processes
5. Reviewing SPV investor reports and balance sheet reconciliations
6. Ensuring robust financial controls, systems access, and process integrity
7. Supporting ad hoc projects and contributing to wider Finance leadership succession planning
The Successful Applicant
8. ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with broad financial experience
9. Strong leadership and mentoring skills
10. Excellent planning, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
11. High attention to detail and a proactive, resilient mindset
12. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SUN, SQL, Jedox)
What's on Offer
Competitive salary of up to £75,000 or day rate of up to £400 per day (inside IR35) dependent on experienceHybrid working - 3 days from the office in West Kent and 2 days from home
