Continually investing in global technology and services across the spectrum of distribution channels including: Asset Managers, Financial Advisors, Wealth Managers and large financial institutions such as Banks and Insurers. Investor servicing is offered in many different countries, including the U.S., Canada, U.K., Ireland, Luxembourg, Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore. SS&C also services mutual fund structures in many other fund domiciles.
Global Investor and Distribution Solutions (GIDS) is the business unit offering this role. GIDS delivers global omni-channel investor servicing, including contact centre, using digital services.
About the Role
The team is responsible for provide a good customer service by accurately processing and authorising a variety of customer transactions, including complex and non-standard transactions. This will be processed within agreed service levels and approved financial authority levels where appropriate. You will be at the heart or our organisation where we love to develop, support and give full training to our staff so you should be eager to learn and develop new skills. Your Responsibilities
* Provides mutual funds transaction processing services with a customer-focused approach.
* Provides proactive and innovative solutions to customers.
* Intermediate level support representative working on semi-routine tasks to support operations.
* Applies developed knowledge and job skills and follows defined company policies and procedures to complete tasks.
* Understands when to deviate from standard practice.
* Requires moderate supervision on daily work and detailed instructions on new tasks.
