Location: Hybrid (minimum 4 days/week in our Sheffield HQ)
Salary: £28,000–£30,000 dependent on experience and portfolio
At Kitlocker, we're here for the teams, fans and communities who live and breathe sport. The ones who want kits that go way beyond the pitch—kits that
represent
unity, identity, and a deep love for the game.
We believe every club and community deserves the kit they want, not the one they're given. And now, we're looking for a Content Producer who's just as passionate about visual storytelling, culture, and creative freedom as we are.
The Role
Working closely with our Content Manager and Creative Lead, you'll help shape the way people experience Kitlocker, across all platforms and physical/digital touchpoints. Expect a lot of variety. Expect to get stuck in. Expect to learn loads, experience some fantastic sporting venues and be a part of something truly special.
* Capture and edit imagery and video content for product launches, campaigns, partner activations, and social.
* Support with post-production: video editing (Premiere), colour work (Lightroom), motion graphics (After Effects), and beyond.
* Work across photo and video shoots—from pre-production and planning, through to delivery.
* Create reactive and trend-led content to grow brand reach and audience engagement.
* Collaborate cross-functionally: you'll bring your creative lens to projects with marketing, commercial and product teams.
* Keep an eye on visual trends in sport, culture and content—and help bring that energy into what we do.
What We're Looking For
You don't need to have it all figured out—but you do need to be driven, creative, and up for the challenge. We're looking for someone who:
* Is confident using Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom and a basic understanding of After Effects. Any experience or exposure to sports apparel kit rendering would be a bonus.
* Has an eye for detail, a feel for pace, and a passion for great storytelling.
* Takes the initiative, be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
* A desire to learn, not just creatively, but commercially too.
* Comfortable working to tight deadlines and adapting on the fly.
* We want you to love working with others. We're a tight team and big on collaboration.
* Is culturally in-tune. We want someone who
gets
sport, community, and style—and why it all matters.
Some travel will be required. But mostly, we want you in the mix with us—minimum 4 days a week on site, days are varied with both location and studio shoots.
What We Offer:
* Annual Leave 33 days (including Bank Holidays) with the option to buy an additional 3 and sell up to 2
* Employee Assistance Programme with up to 12 face-to-face counselling sessions provided
* Monthly Staff Lunches on site
* Quarterly Social Events
* 5 paid volunteering days a year
* Enhanced Maternity and Paternity
* Enhanced Sick Pay
* Employee Health Cash Plan
* A Personal Day paid per year
Hiring Process:
* Applicants will be screen based on their experience and portfolio.
* Invitations sent to qualified candidates for a face to face interview with Head of Marketing, Content Lead, Content Manager and Commercial Development Lead – HR.
