Responsible for assisting in the preparation and serving of quality meals in hygienic conditions. Support catering staff to ensure a consistent and efficient service. Maintain records as required and carry out cleaning and washing-up duties to uphold kitchen standards. Meal preparation: assist in the preparation and serving of meals, ensuring compliance with HACCP standards and accurate record-keeping. Cleaning & maintenance: carry out general cleaning of kitchen and equipment, including washing up of light equipment. Perform cleaning duties as designated by the person in charge to maintain a hygienic working environment. Delivery support: assist with the packing, loading, unloading, cleaning, and positioning of hot locks to facilitate safe and efficient meal delivery. Team collaboration: work under the direction of the people in charge at all times, following instructions to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
