Reportingdirectly to the Operations Director you will play a crucial role inmanaging the team and ensuring the successful delivery and growthof our Utility Arb business and ensure that we exceed our clientsexpectations on safety quality and operationaldelivery.
Key Responsibilities willbe:
* Managing the team of ContractDelivery Managers to meet and exceed client and internalKPIs
* Delivering the strategic objectives of theUtility Arboriculture division
* Mobilising newcontracts
* Lead the identification andimplementation of best practice across thedivision
* Leading on delivering a consistentculture of safety
* Reporting on safetyprofitability and performance
* Delivering withinbudgets and programmes
* Contractnegotiation
This is a fantasticopportunity for an experienced manager either with a technicalArboriculture background or strong management experience withinutilities or facilities management to help lead our UtilityArboriculture Division.
This role is field basedand covers multiple Contracts across the Midlands Cheshire andSouth Wales areas. Given our current growth ambitions the role maymove into other areas so although the preference would be for thesuccessful candidate to be based in or around these locations it isnot imperative.
Youll need extensive contractmanagement experience coupled with strong leadership skills thatcan motivate and inspire a diverse team across the whole region.Youll be a great team manager but you will also need a head fordetail and be commercially astute in order to drive this part ofour business forward.
In addition you will need;
* Excellent operational managementabilities including strategic planning resource allocation andperformance optimisation.
* Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildstrong relationships with clients subcontractors and teammembers.
* Proactive problemsolving anddecisionmaking abilities.
* A commitment todelivering outstanding customer service acting with integrity andhonouring commitments.
