Responsibilities:
* Evaluating individuals and families to understand their mental health needs and challenges.
* Providing emotional support and counseling to help clients manage their conditions.
* Developing and facilitating treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
* Advocating for patients’ rights and ensuring they have access to necessary services and support.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
* Twice weekly payroll
