Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Electrical Estimator on behalf of a leading Mechanical & Electrical design and build contractor based in Gloucestershire.
The company offer a complete end to end design and installation service for projects throughout the Uk, primarily within commercial and industrial projects such as hotel and leisure, healthcare, retail, distribution warehouses and education.
As the Senior Electrical Estimator, you will join the Pre-Construction team and report to the Contracts Director. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial projects and be both technically and commercially astute.
This is a permanent position based in Cirencester with the possibility of hybrid working.
Role Description
1. Review of tender documentation including specifications and employers requirements, together with the preparation of timely and accurate pricing estimates, to include labour, materials, subcontract items, determining the type, quantity and cost of materials and fixtures needed for each project.
2. Preparing tenders for internal adjudications.
3. Vetting incoming tenders/offers from our supply chain and ensuring that the most viable offer is included within our submission.
