MEICA Project Manager – Thames Water Region Specialist MEICA Design & Delivery Consultancy We are representing a specialist MEICA design and delivery business operating across the Thames Water, supporting water industry clients with high-quality engineering solutions from concept through to installation. Due to continued expansion and a strong project pipeline, they are seeking a MEICA Project Manager who wants to take on responsibility, work closely with technical leadership, and play a key role in shaping future projects. This position offers genuine flexibility including 2–3 days per week working from home along with a supportive, collaborative engineering environment. Role Responsibilities * Lead MEICA projects from early design concepts through to construction, installation and handover * Attend and contribute to pre-tender and client meetings * Manage site scheduling, contractors, and on-site delivery activities * Provide input into design development and value engineering opportunities * Maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, subcontractors, and partners * Oversee procurement, estimations, variations, and general project commercial duties * Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery across all project stages Experience Required * Demonstrable background in MEICA engineering and project management * Proven ability to oversee multidisciplinary teams and coordinated project delivery * Strong commercial understanding and practical problem-solving ability * Experience bridging design and delivery functions * Thames Water Passport, SMSTS, CSCS, Water Hygiene preferred * (If you don’t currently hold all of these, please still get in touch support may be available.)
