The Role: We are looking for a Headteacher who will: Provide strategic leadership to drive the school's vision and values forward. Ensure the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning, promoting excellence and high aspirations for all pupils. Foster a culture of challenge, support, and continuous improvement. Collaborate effectively with staff, parents, and the wider community to enhance pupil outcomes. Ensure the operational management of the school is efficient, transparent, and aligned with Trust policies. Promote staff development and well-being, leading by example with integrity and resilience. Who We Are Looking For: The successful candidate will have: A recognised teaching qualification and recent experience in primary education. Proven leadership experience as a Head of School, Deputy Headteacher. A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of all pupils. A track record of driving school improvement and raising pupil outcomes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with a range of stakeholders. A collaborative approach and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
