Graduate Management Trainee – Leadership Pathway
Full-time | On-site (Birmingham) | Base Salary + Performance Incentives | Monday–Friday

You’ll begin by gaining hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and client campaigns, representing respected UK brands such as EE/BT, British Gas, and Milk & More. With one-to-one mentorship from senior managers, you’ll develop the skills and confidence to lead teams, manage performance, and contribute to business growth.

What the Role Involves
* Delivering engaging sales and marketing campaigns
* Learning to lead and manage teams through example
* Structured training in communication, leadership, and commercial strategy
* Progression into team leader, campaign manager, or business development roles
* Exposure to client strategy, operations, and business leadership
Who We’re Looking For
