Y ou must hold a Security Guarding or Door Supervisor SIA License to work within our business. Essential Skills: Excellent communication skills, with confidence and personable manner. Exceptional customer service abilities, with a strong focus on providing outstanding experiences. Reliability, trustworthiness, and punctuality in all responsibilities. Ability to remain calm under pressure, multitask, and prioritise effectively. Physically able to perform all duties associated with the role. This is a standing role, predominantly outside unless in adverse weather conditions Duties to include: • Directing of visitors to the client’s premises for appointments • The protection of private property belonging to the client, their staff and visitors against loss, theft and damage. • Initial screening of visitors to site for appointments • Undertake internal and external patrols and inspections in accordance with Assignment Instruction and SOPs. • Working with the reception team meet and greet visitors and ensure relevant security procedures are carried out. Standing (for more than one hour) will be required due to nature of the role • Escalating any issues security and maintenance related issues to building management team by detailed and accurate emailed reports. Requirements: • Under the BS7858 standard, we are required to vet your work history for the past 5 years.
