Key Duties:- * Managing and developing a small finance team * Leading the month-end close process and delivering timely, accurate reports to the wider group * Assisting with forecasting and budgeting activities * Overseeing balance sheet reconciliations * Managing VAT, Corporation Tax returns, PAYE settlement agreements, and other statutory returns * Driving continuous improvement in finance processes through best practice sharing and close collaboration with internal teams and shared services * Supporting year-end audit preparations and statutory account production * Maintaining strong financial governance and internal control procedures The Ideal Candidate:- * Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) * Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams * Experience working effectively in complex environments * Clear communicator who remains calm under pressure * Demonstrated success in business and process improvement initiatives AGY - Vitae Financial Recruitment We Exist To Be Different - Membership NOT Registration
