What you'll do Support delivery of people strategy and HR KPIs (absence, retention, turnover). Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment law. Manage ER cases, absence, and occupational health referrals. Advise and lead TUPE transfers Ensure HR systems and data are accurate and compliant. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training compliance. Promote diversity, engagement, and well-being initiatives. Collaborate on resource planning and community outreach. Participate in HR projects and cross-site activities.
