Duties & Responsibilities
* Communicating with customers to understand their needs, requirements, and identify further sales opportunities
* Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information
* Maintaining and improving the database of prospects
* Building quotes using a CRM tool
* Researching for new leads
* Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers
* Upselling products and services
* Working with channels/partners across the region
Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements
* Bilingual in English and at least one other European language (e.g. French, Italian, Spanish, German, Swedish)
* Qualified to at least A-level, Bachelors is a nice to have
* Demonstrate strong communication skills and enjoy networking with people
* Some customer service, retail experience, or admin background
* Self driven with ability to work autonomously
* Able to use Excel or MS Dynamics
* Good time management and ability to plan activities
