We are currently seeking a Process Scientist 2 for our Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T) team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers excellent opportunities for professional growth. The successful candidate will support drug product process optimization and continuous improvement projects, contribute to technology transfer, and facilitate new product introductions from development to manufacturing.
Responsibilities include applying scientific principles, designing and executing protocols, analyzing data, preparing technical reports, and collaborating across departments to meet project goals. The role also involves ensuring data integrity, supporting process monitoring, and exploring emerging formulation techniques.
Qualifications include a degree in a scientific, pharmaceutical, or engineering discipline, with industry experience preferred but not essential. Knowledge of laboratory practices, data analysis tools (like JMP, Minitab), sterile manufacturing, technology transfer, and risk assessments is desirable.
