Intermediate HVAC Designer Engineer
Location: Office-based - Bingham
Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 plus £400 per month car allowance and Bonus/Profit share

Job Overview
As an intermediate member of the team, you will focus on delivering commercial HVAC projects up to £2 million in value, primarily new-build warehouse developments and refit/upgrade projects. The role involves hands‑on office‑based design work and on-site visits to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Design and deliver HVAC systems for commercial projects up to £2m in value
* Oversee projects from concept through to completion
* Attend site visits and liaise with contractors, clients, and stakeholders
* Perform heat loss and heat gain calculations
* Ensure compliance with current building regulations and HVAC design standards
Qualifications
* Minimum 18 months experience as an HVAC Design Engineer in the commercial sector
* Proven experience in designing systems for new‑build warehouses and refurbishment projects
* Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD for design and coordination
* Ability to work with a wider team on projects up to £2m in value from design through to installation
* Good understanding of building regulations and HVAC design standards
Salary & Benefits
* Basic salary £35,000 – £50,000 depending on experience
* Profit share scheme – £3,600 tax‑free per annum after 1 year of service
