They are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will work alongside our classroom teachers to provide support for students, both individually and in small groups, helping them reach their full potential. You will assist with planning and delivering lessons, ensuring that students are engaged and able to access the curriculum effectively. This role begins ASAP.
Duties as a Teaching Assistant
* Assist in delivering lessons to small groups or individual students as directed by the class teacher.
* Support students with their learning, including providing additional help to those with special educational needs.
* Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Prepare classroom resources and assist in maintaining a safe and well-organised learning space.
* Support the teacher with administrative tasks and student assessments as required.
Ideal Teaching Assistant
* GCSE
* Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
* A positive attitude and a desire to help children succeed.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills as a Teaching Assistant.
* A patient and empathetic approach to supporting students.
