Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Working Supervisor to join our team at this preschool nursery site. Joinery or Shopfitting background preferred. To oversee and coordinate the daily operations, ordering materials, basic Health and Safety check, generally ensuring projects are completed efficiently and according to plans and specifications.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise a team of workers in various tasks
* Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on job sites
* Collaborate with project managers to meet project deadlines
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in leading a team.
* Carpentry or shopfitting experience preferred.
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Knowledge of construction processes and techniques
* Ability to read plans and understand project requirements
