Location: Wolverhampton (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £75,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits

Role Overview:
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Estimator to join a leading main contractor, playing a key role in securing projects across education, healthcare, commercial, and public sector builds. You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates, supporting pre-construction teams, and contributing to the overall bidding strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage tender preparation and submission for design & build projects.
* Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure robust pricing.
* Identify value engineering opportunities and risk mitigation strategies.
* Support the development of junior estimators and promote best practice.
* Contribute to pre-construction meetings and handovers to delivery teams.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Senior Estimator with a main contractor.
* Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and design & build tenders.
* Excellent analytical and commercial skills.
* Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
* Strong communication and negotiation abilities
