Overall purpose of the role: To provide proactive support to the specialist function, with prime responsibility for the recruitment of specialist, technical and/or senior roles across the region, including headhunting, targeted sourcing and implementing recruitment approaches / attraction campaigns. Role accountabilities: Responsible for directly sourcing talent for assigned roles, including: full attraction contingency planning, job fairs, head hunting, targeted searching, networking events, direct advertising, CV searching, referrals, and coordinating agency partners. Introduce and utilise cutting edge technologies in your approach to recruitment strategies, managing bespoke social media campaigns to identify the best talent for your roles, and always ensure you are using the most appropriate sourcing methods driven by the role profile and the specialism Effectively pipeline and talent pool for assigned roles in order to proactively support future demands, effectively partnering the business and building relationships with appropriate industries for pipelining Proactively partner and support key stakeholders through the full recruitment cycle, including conducting a role qualification to fully understand role requirements (where required), providing bespoke and accurate recruitment expertise, and agreeing recruitment timescales and processes Conduct telephone interviews, attend and support interviews where appropriate and assist hiring managers with interview preparation Ensure practical application of all internal policies and procedures, and maintain strict adherence to the appropriate laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, DPA 2018 and GDPR 2018, and the Equal Opportunities Act 2010 Complete all administrative duties in a timely and accurate manner, in order to support the maintenance of the internal infrastructure, and constantly be on the look out for opportunities to improve all elements of the talent strategy. Other associated duties as directed and/or delegated to by the Talent Acquisition Manager/ Group Head of Talent Acquisition. Skills, knowledge/experience: Experience of recruitment, attraction and selection, ideally within an agency an internal recruitment environment Experience of recruiting for specialist, technical, and senior level roles Previous experience of working in a care or similar industry, preferred but not essential. Experience of using headhunting techniques, designing bespoke recruitment campaigns, and creating an effective talent pipeline. Good working knowledge of recruitment marketing practices inclusive of social media platforms. Experience of providing recruitment advice in line with HR policy and employment law Customer centric approach with an experience-led journey at the front and centre Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint General understanding of the Data Protection Act (2018) and GDPR (2018), the Equality Act (2010) and general employment law. Ability to manage time effectively, worked tight deadlines and manage competing priorities Stakeholder management skills and relationship building skills, with the ability to challenge stakeholders at a senior level.
