Your focus will be on delivering best-value outcomes for public-facing property, helping to ensure assets are used effectively, sustainably, and strategically.\n\n 🔍 Your Role\n \nLead on leasing, renewals, rent reviews, and negotiations across a broad estate. \nOversee acquisitions and disposals, ensuring alignment with legal and strategic priorities.
\nProvide clear and commercially sound advice to internal stakeholders. \nDraft reports, contribute to committees, and engage in cross-department collaboration. \nAdvise on property budgets and make recommendations for investment or divestment.
\nEnsure all property activity complies with RICS standards and ISO-aligned quality controls. 🧩 What You’ll Bring\n \nMRICS accreditation and a relevant property degree. \nMinimum 5–10 years’ post-qualification experience, ideally including time in the public or housing sector.
\nStrong knowledge of landlord & tenant law, leases, and asset optimisation strategies. \nThe ability to communicate technical property matters to a range of stakeholders. \nA full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across a local geography.
