Overview
To ensure all customer satisfaction is achieved. Effectively bridging the gap between the Sales Team, internal & external Customers, Finance, Logistics, and related Departments within the Company to ensure the smooth completion of an end-to-end process. Key Responsibilities:
1. Cross-selling or up-selling our Products as & when necessary
2. Proactively follow up with Customers in conjunction with key account managers
3. Work closely with the sales team to assist with their Customer’s sales objectives
4. Collaborate effectively with all departments within the company to meet customer requirements
5. Provide excellent customer service as an integral part of the business
6. Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support when required
7. Assist in managing non-financial data in electronic form and present reports as requested
8. Regularly update the customer database
9. Deputize for the Role Holder as Regional Manager – Sales & Customer Service
Competencies & Qualifications:
* GCSE grade C or above or international equivalent
* Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Familiarity with SAP or SAGE is preferred but not essential.
* Confident in liaising with internal and external customers
* Experience with CRM systems and practices
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong telephone manners and listening skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Independent thinker with a strong sense of accountability
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Service Representative
* Resilient — able to handle pressurized situations and demanding customers. A highly professional self-starter accustomed to working within a fast-paced environment where delivering excellence in service is paramount.
