1. £30k base salary
2. 2 annual bonuses taking you to £40k OTE

The Role – Legal Executive Search Consultant
12. Conducting research and developing in-depth industry knowledge through market mapping individuals and companies in the core markets
13. Building and maintaining great relationships with your clients
14. Creating a strong network of senior talent and being able to identify their strengths
15. Preparing client reports presenting to your senior team
16. Supporting colleagues with their mandates and completing business development as and when it is necessary
The Ideal Candidate – Legal Executive Search Consultant
17. Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
18. Confident and happy to interact with top-level legal professions
19. Consultative mindset and commercially aware
20. Being fluent in any European language is highly beneficial yet not essential
21. Inquisitive and wanting to become an expert in your niche
22. Team player
