Job Title: Eco Submissions Administrator
Location: Newcastle (Office-based)
Salary: £25,000 – £32,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

Unify Renewables is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing energy efficiency provider specialising in home improvement projects under the ECO Scheme. With continued expansion underway, they are seeking an experienced Submissions Administrator to join their compliance team based in Newcastle.
This role is central to ensuring the smooth and accurate submission of completed works to funding partners. You’ll be responsible for auditing files, verifying documentation, and coordinating with internal teams, surveyors, and customers to ensure all submissions meet current ECO guidelines and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Audit completed project files and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant
* Pre-check applications and prepare paperwork for surveyors
* Submit completed works to funding bodies, including the DWP and local councils
* Chase outstanding paperwork and photographs from install teams
* Ensure all submissions align with current ECO Scheme requirements
* Support the compliance team with partner submissions and reporting

* Previous experience within the ECO industry is essential
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across departments
* Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
