Overview
We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience in warehouse operations, materials handling, and equipment operation. Duties
* Load and unload goods using appropriate manual handling techniques
* Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and maintain accurate records
* Assist with shipping and receiving procedures, ensuring items are correctly documented and stored
* Organise stock within the warehouse, ensuring items are stored safely and efficiently
* Picking and Packing orders from pick notes
* Support with materials handling tasks, including lifting heavy loads and moving items across the warehouse
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment in compliance with health and safety standards
* Collaborate with team members to optimise warehouse operations and meet operational deadlines
Requirements
* Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable
* Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and efficiently
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
* Physical fitness to perform manual handling tasks throughout the shift
