Our Client is looking for a History ECT to work within a large, inclusive mixed school in Luton. The successful History ECT will teach KS3 & KS4, helping students to explore historical perspectives, critical debate, and independent research.
School Information
This 11–18 school serves around 1,200 students and continues to deliver strong academic performance, with 92% achieving grades 9–4 in English and Maths. The Humanities faculty is well-established, with modern resources, digital archives, and cross-curricular links to citizenship and politics.
ECTs are supported through structured mentoring, lesson planning support, and observation feedback throughout the induction year.
