The Role We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support the continued growth of our Print (lithographic and digital) offering across the UK. The role has a strong new business focus, balanced with the development of long-term client relationships. It is well suited to a self-starter with experience in generating and converting leads using modern tools such as LinkedIn, social selling, and targeted prospecting. The successful candidate will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to close and ongoing organic account growth. They will work closely with our commercial, marketing, and operational teams. Success will be measured through pipeline quality, new business conversion, and sustainable account growth.
