Job Overview
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development/ Talent Management, with expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-wide talent solutions.
Responsibilities
* Partner with the Head of Talent Development, People Business Partners and senior leaders to execute end-to-end Talent Management processes.
* Provide clear tools, frameworks, and guidance to ensure consistency and excellence in execution.
* Drive organizational effectiveness through independent analysis of operational processes.
* Be the key point-of-contact for our performance management process, and supporting resources.
* Contribute to the design and roll-out of an enterprise-wide career and talent pathways framework.
* Deliver a scalable individual development plan process that supports growth mindsets and continuous skill development.
* Enhance our onboarding experience, ensuring seamless integration and accelerated performance.
* Support the annual talent review and succession planning cycle.
* Deploy and manage AI-driven tools and predictive analytics to assess talent risk, strengthen succession pipelines, and inform talent decisions.
Required Skills And Experience
* 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development/ Talent Management.
* Hands-on experience managing performance management frameworks and tools.
* Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering initiatives from design to execution.
* Shown success building trusted partnerships across HR peers and stakeholders.
* Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
