The Role
Due to our continued growth, our client is expanding their Customer function in our Manchester office.
We are looking for a skilled Customer Success Manager to oversee the relationships of the company and its clients. As the main point of contact for our clients, you will need to manage the relationship with the customer post sale. From overseeing the onboarding process, keeping customers updated on delivery, tackling problems and providing support, through to support the renewal and upsell processes.
The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with customers. You will be able to identify a customers needs and requirements and help ensure they are getting the expected service.
We are looking for someone who is genuinely excited to help customers. Who is patient, empathetic, and a good communicator. They will also need to gather customer feedback and share it with internal teams. They need to be confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they dont have enough information to answer customer questions or resolve complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
