As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will work in the Reception Class as a general TA, providing vital support to children, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Job Responsibilities
 * Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective learning activities.
 * Provide one-to-one and small group support for children with SEND.
 * Assist in planning and preparing resources to enhance learning in the Reception Class.
 * Monitor and record children's progress, feeding back to teachers and parents as required.
 * Help to create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
 * Encourage positive behaviour and social interaction among pupils.
 * Contribute to the wider school community and ethos.
Qualifications/Experience
 * A minimum of a Level 3 Qualification in Childcare.
 * Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service.
 * Right to work in the UK.
 * Previous experience working with young children, ideally including SEND support.
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 * A positive, proactive and nurturing approach to supporting early years learning.
