As a TA, you will play a vital role in supporting students with their academic, emotional, and social development, helping them reach their full potential in the classroom. Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant: Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities. Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, including those with additional needs. Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment. Assist in preparing resources and maintaining classroom organisation. Work closely with the class teacher to track student progress and provide feedback. Requirements for Teaching Assistant: Experience working with children in a school setting is desirable. Strong communication and organisational skills. A caring and patient approach to supporting students’ learning. A valid, enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
