Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a background in administrative support. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, facilitating communication, and maintaining efficient administrative processes.

Duties

* Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a tidy and efficient workspace.
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Assist with financial administration using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
* Provide clerical support by organising files, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
* Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve office efficiency.

Skills

* Proven office experience with a strong administrative background.
* Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of work.
