We're working with a busy operations team looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator to support the delivery of maintenance services across multiple sites. This is a fast-paced role where you'll be responsible for coordinating jobs, speaking with clients and contractors, and ensuring work is completed efficiently.
This is a great opportunity for someone from a customer service, call centre, or coordination background looking to move into a more operational role.
What you'll be doing:
* Logging jobs via email and internal systems
* Coordinating engineers and contractors
* Making outbound calls to chase updates and progress jobs
* Managing multiple jobs from start to finish
* Updating systems and ensuring accurate records
* Supporting the wider operations team
What we're looking for:
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Highly organised with good attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Confident using systems and managing workloads
* Background in customer service, call centre, or admin
