Job Description:
The role of Systems & Partner Operations Executive is multifaceted, requiring a blend of communication, coordination, and technical skills. The main responsibilities will be to assist the International Business Manager with the day-to-day operation of all Black Mountain chosen Software as a Service (SaaS), ensuring smooth client, partner, and internal team experiences.
The main functions of this role are :
Systems Support and Operations
System Implementations and Configurations
System Demonstrations and Demonstration Environment
Partner Relations Administration
Other tasks relate to the administration of the Black Mountain partner network and database. The Systems & Partner Operations Executive will work closely with the Strategic Partnerships Manager to maintain a comprehensive, accurate, and functioning partner database that supports commercial and operational decision-making.
Requirements
· Organised with a keen eye for attention to detail.
· Comfortable in client and partner facing roles, including phone, email, Teams meetings, and live system demonstrations.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
· Technically literate with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
· Confident and experienced working within SaaS environments, including test/demo environments and configuration.
· Comfortable working with data and reports, with the ability to interpret and present KPIs clearly.
· Eager to learn, problem-solve, and take initiative.
· Capable of following instructions, both written and verbal, questions welcomed.
· Committed to self-development and continuous learning, with the initiative to request training when necessary.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain system features to non-technical audiences.
· Adaptable to new technologies and processes.
· Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
