Enhanced Transition Caseload Worker – North Leamington School
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated Enhanced Transition Caseload Worker to support students during the Key Stage 2 to Key Stage 3 transition at North Leamington School. This role supports an identified caseload of students in developing academic and emotional skills, ensuring curriculum continuity between Primary and Secondary phases.
Responsibilities
- Develop Literacy and Numeracy skills and build confidence through the delivery of high‑quality interventions within Primary and Secondary phases.
- Support caseload students within the classroom to build confidence and knowledge.
- Work with internal and external agencies and professionals and support families.
- Collaborate with the Pastoral, IEN (Individual Educational Needs), and wider teams.
- Promote positive student behaviour and maintain high standards.
- Attend and support key transition events.
- Work with Primary schools within the Trust to support identified families.
Qualifications
- Think this role will suit your skills, knowledge and experience.
- Have experience of supporting student learning in delivering literacy and numeracy interventions within a KS2 or KS3 setting, and interventions to support emotional development.
- Be educated to a minimum of GCSE level.
- Have a recognised qualification or knowledge/training of at least one area of the curriculum or SEND.
- Able to work with a high level of confidentiality, demonstrating strong communication skills while remaining composed and efficient.
- Can be flexible to support the wider IEN faculty.
