We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic designer to support the delivery of high-quality, innovative design across digital and print platforms. The successful candidate will play a key role in producing engaging visual content that supports student recruitment, marketing campaigns, events, and wider brand awareness.
Working closely with the Marketing Team and wider College departments, you will manage multiple design projects, ensuring all work is delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard.
The role requires strong graphic design skills, with proven experience using Adobe Creative Suite and a solid understanding of digital and print production processes and specifications. Knowledge of videography, video editing, or multimedia content creation (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) would be an advantage. You will be confident working independently to take projects from concept through to final artwork, while also contributing positively as part of a collaborative team.
You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and suppliers. A proactive, organised approach is essential, along with the ability to prioritise workload in a busy, changeable and fast‑paced environment.
Applicants must hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Graphic Design or a related subject, along with at least 1 year of relevant industry experience.
