Role Description
This is a part-time, with potential for fulltime, hybrid Travel Consultant role in our Reight Signature Honeymoons department, based in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The Travel Consultant will work closely with clients to manage travel arrangements, including booking transportation, accommodations, and other travel-related services. Responsibilities include offering expert travel advice, handling customer inquiries and reservations, and coordinating itineraries for travel. Attention to detail and outstanding customer service are critical to ensure client satisfaction and smooth travel experiences.
Qualifications
* Experience in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
* Strong Customer Service and Reservations skills
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
* Some experience with travel booking systems and industry-standard tools
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and organizational abilities
* Knowledge of popular travel destinations and leisure travel requirements
