🔑 Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects across various sectors
Book and attend meetings (virtual and in-person) with potential clients to understand their needs
Deliver tailored sales pitches and proposals to convert leads into long-term customers
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Track performance through CRM and sales reporting, meeting and exceeding monthly targets
🙌 What We’re Looking For
Experience in a B2B sales or business development role (or proven sales ability in another sector)
A confident communicator who thrives on building relationships and closing deals
Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset and desire to exceed expectations
Highly self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Experience in recruitment, SaaS, professional services, or related industries
Comfortable attending networking events, trade shows, or industry conferences
💼 Package & Benefits
Salary of £26,000 – £32,000 DOE
Uncapped commission with realistic OTE significantly above base
