Associate Director / Director - Luxury PR Agency
London | £70,000–£90,000 + bonus
We’re working with a boutique, senior-led luxury communications agency to hire an Associate Director / Director.
Operating at the intersection of PR, partnerships and commercial strategy, the agency helps international brands reach high-net-worth audiences through creative campaigns, strategic introductions and revenue-driving activity.
Their client portfolio spans travel, hospitality, property and luxury sectors, with clients across regions including Europe, the US and the Caribbean. This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional PR into something more commercial, creative and impactful.
The role
A senior, hands-on leadership role with real influence.
You’ll lead a portfolio of international clients while shaping campaigns, building relationships and driving growth.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead 3–5 international client accounts
* Act as a trusted strategic advisor
* Deliver creative, partnership-led campaigns
* Build and leverage media and brand relationships
* Support new business and revenue growth
* Manage and develop a small team

About you
