Social Media & Content Lead

Location
: E1, London

Reports to
: Head of Retail Marketing & Creative Production

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organised and creative Social Media & Content Lead to manage ERDEM's social media channels and help shape our content. You will assist in creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content that reflects our brand, while shaping the social media strategy to grow awareness, engagement, and reach.

Responsibilities:

1.
Social Media Strategy

: Develop and executive a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand identity. Stay updated with trends, features and algorithm changes to optimise content performance.

2.
Content Creation and Curation

: Create engaging and relevant content for TikTok and other social media platforms. This includes

but is not limited to videos, stories, reels, and posts. Curate user-generated content to enhance brand visibility.

3.
Community engagement

: Actively engage with our audience across all platforms. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly. Foster a sense of community and build relationships with followers.

4.
Analytics and reporting
:

Use social media analytics to track the performance of campaigns and content. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results. Provide regular reports on key metrics and performance indicators.

5.
Stay updated with latest industry trends

: Experiment with new features and formats to stay ahead of the competition

6.
Collaboration

: Collaborate closely with members of the Press & E-Commerce team. Maintain open communication channels with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals. Support with cross-team projects.

7.
Create, plan and execute
the social media calendars, aligning with the objectives of the wider business.

8.
Drive visual and written excellence
across all social channels, in line with the brand's guidelines.

9.
Support the organisation of shoots and shows
, as and where required by the business.

Requirements:

· Proven experience and track record as

Social Media & Content Lead or similar role.

· In-depth knowledge of trends, features and best practices.

· Excellent content creation and storytelling skills, with proficiency in video editing tools and software including
Adobe Suite.

· Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics platforms.

· Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· High level of attention to detail, a creative eye and accuracy.

· Comfortable working with all levels of the business including the Creative Director & Founder.

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
