Qualifications
* Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Education / Childcare.
* Previous experience in a Deputy Manager, Room Leader, or senior practitioner role within an early years setting.
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and Ofsted standards.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
* A genuine passion for nurturing young minds and supporting child development.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding care.
* Lead and motivate your team to deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences for every child.
* Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding, health, and safety across the nursery environment.
* Build strong relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates and ensuring their confidence in the care we deliver.
* Contribute to curriculum planning and continuous improvement across all rooms.
* Step up as Acting Manager when required, demonstrating strong leadership and initiative.
