The role of Skilled Workerwill include:
1. Clearing empty properties of ex-tenants' belongings and transporting to waste site
2. Cleaning of empty properties to a high standard
3. Carrying out construction, fault fixing and maintenance duties
4. Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and stocks are replenished as needed
5. Providing accurate and timely information on progress of jobs
6. Collection of rubbish, trade waste and debris from work areas and dispose in the skip
7. Disposing of shrub and grass cuttings from empty properties
8. Ferrying of materials to and from the work area
9. Collection and transportation of larger materials on occasions
Skills and experiences:
10. Relevant experience in a similar role
11. Working knowledge of the application of Health and Safety legislation
12. Demonstrable experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads
13. Ability to use and update computerised systems (including PDA) for work scheduling
14. Good communication skills
15. This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence

26. £25,410 per annum (rising to £26,747 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
