The incumbent will be responsible for managing Mighty Jaxx's ecommerce operations covering marketplaces and our own .com site in Europe, Middle East and Africa. You will oversee these business operations and sales optimisation through system and process re-engineering, with a focus on marketing, customer experience, and order lifecycle management.
Create and implement a strategy for marketplaces, establish operational plans that support the overall objectives, and deliver on annual financial targets.
Manage brand, store front and product listings and campaigns for Marketplace channels.
Manage the UK and EU Shopify sites and all communications to customers relating to the performance of the channels.
Work with internal and external partners to improve the content strategy for each channel to grow the awareness of the Mighty Jaxx brand.
Perform regular performance audits to identify unique assortment opportunities for seasonal and everyday businesses.
Work with marketing, content, and site teams to plan and introduce unique/ new assortments and/ or troubleshoot assortment, pricing, and fulfilment issues on existing products.
Communicate and collaborate with operations business partners (Supply Chain, Customer Service, Brand Managers) on any related tasks and ensure a high level of customer service is maintained.
Generate weekly reporting of marketplaces, identify actionable insights, and create plans to improvise business based on data.
Partner with a wider E-Commerce team to share the marketplace vision, growth strategy, trends and insights, etc., and ensure that the brand message and goals are aligned with the rest of the company.
Develop effective marketplace account relationships to grow the business via regular meetings, planning, communication, and road-mapping of execution.
Evaluate E-commerce campaigns to ensure positive ROI and recommend development for future campaigns.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce marketplace platforms such as Amazon, TikTok, eBay, and regional equivalents across EMEA.
Good understanding of paid, earned and owned media and comfortable developing strategies for each in conjunction with the HQ Marketing team.
Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and digital sales channel management.
Prior experience preferred in managing multi-region e-commerce operations, marketplace negotiations, and partner relations.
Proficiency in e-commerce reporting tools, Google Analytics, Tableau and Excel for performance analysis.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and performance data to drive business decisions.
