What will you do as Logistics Operations Coordinator
* Create packing lists
* Update tracking information – up to 150 orders per month
* Prepare commercial invoices
* Update 3PL and client portals
* Handle compliance, commodity codes and GDPR
* Liaise with dispatch to ensure all orders are on time
What will you need to be a Logistics Operations Coordinator
* Experience working with 3PL/Freight
* Solid understanding of customs and compliance
* Happy to be based onsite 4 days a week
* Intermediate Excel skills
* Wholesale experience would be an advantage
