We’re currently looking for an experienced Repair Engineer to join a leading global engineering team based in Warwick. This is a 6-month minimum contract with a competitive rate of £60 per hour (Inside IR35).
This role will support a global network of maintenance, repair, and overhaul centres (MROCs) and authorised repair vendors. If you're someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a background in component repair, gas turbines, or industrial equipment – we’d like to hear from you.
The Role Includes:
* Supporting component repair development and assessment of non-conforming parts
* Writing and amending repair schemes and technical variances
* Contributing to continuous improvements and technical solutions across the network
* Ensuring regulatory compliance across all engineering activities
* Representing engineering during technical reviews and external discussions
* Occasional travel to repair vendors and MROCs
What You’ll Bring:
* Degree in Mechanical, Materials or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience
* Understanding of gas turbines or rotating industrial equipment (preferred)
* Familiarity with repair/manufacturing techniques and component drawings
* Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
* Proven self-starter with the ability to manage priorities
* Experience in customer-facing environments is a plus
